Online ordering information:
Orders can be placed logging in to the client account or as an anonymous client. The client selects out the products from the online shop and adds them to the shopping cart. The client fills out the necessary fields (first and last name, e-mail, telephone, company name and address) then chooses the method and place of transfer of products and places the order.
Prices and ordering with a 0% Value Added Tax (VAT)
You can order products without VAT (0% VAT) if you are European Union (EU) VAT liable and you have your own valid VAT number. If you are a private person or your company is not VAT liable, 20% VAT will be added to your total price.
Orders outside European Union VAT will not be added to your total price (Zero rate VAT).

Orders paid on the business day before 14.00 (GMT+2) are posted on the same day. We only ship orders Monday to Friday, orders placed on a weekend, holiday, or after office hours will be processed the next business day.
After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation via email. If there are any discrepancies with your order, please contact us as soon as possible to correct the issue.
